Heather Sawyers is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in crisis counseling and case management. Currently serving as a Crisis Counselor at Chestnut Health Systems since June 2017 and as a WIOA Youth Case Manager at MERS / Goodwill since November 2015, Heather excels in client goal development and support. Previous roles include Program Instructor at Sunnyhill, Inc., Case Manager and Group Facilitator at Northwest Journey, and Residential Supervisor at Griffith Centers for Children. Heather holds a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University, a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on Forensic Psychology from Kaplan University, and an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from Arizona Western College.
