Rania Issa

Rania Issa has extensive work experience in human resources and leadership consulting. Rania currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Mersaco since December 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Leadership and HR Consultant at Envision Partnership from January 2015 to December 2019. Rania also worked as an HR Project Manager at Boehringer Ingelheim in 2014. Rania'searly career includes roles at Merck Serono, where they were Head of HR for the Middle East from March 2012 to October 2013, L&D Manager for the Middle East from January 2010 to February 2012, and Medical Representative from May 2000 to December 2009.

Rania Issa attended Lycee Abdel Kader and completed their Bac Sciences Experimentales. Rania then went on to study at Lebanese University from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained a Master's degree in Biology. Later, from 2013 to 2014, Rania attended the British University in Dubai and focused on subjects such as Strategy, Organizational Behaviour, and Corporate Social Responsibility.
