Ashley Mullan

Ashley Mullan is an accomplished regulatory and analytical professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology sector. Currently serving as Director of Regulatory CMC at Mersana Therapeutics since September 2022, Ashley develops and implements CMC regulatory strategies in compliance with global regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle. Previous roles at AstraZeneca included Senior Scientist, where responsibilities encompassed leading bioassay initiatives and managing CMC contributions for various projects, including ADC programs and CAR-T cell platforms. Ashley holds a Master's Degree in Biotechnology from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Stevenson University.
