Brigitte Eichner

Brigitte (Britt) Eichner has a diverse work experience. Brigitte (Britt) currently holds the position of Executive Director, Corporate Counsel at Mersana Therapeutics since January 2024. Prior to this, they served as Senior Director, Corporate Counsel at the same company from March 2022 to December 2023.

Before joining Mersana Therapeutics, Britt worked as an Associate at Cooley LLP from May 2019 to March 2022. Brigitte (Britt) also gained experience as Senior Legal Counsel at BJ's Wholesale Club from April 2016 to April 2019.

Earlier in their career, they worked as an Associate at WilmerHale from September 2013 to April 2016. Brigitte (Britt) also had internship experiences as a Summer Associate at JONES DAY® in 2012 and at WilmerHale in 2011.

Britt began their career as a BVIP Intern at Hypogen, Inc. in 2010 and as a Legal Specialist - Compliance at Bain & Company from February 2007 to July 2009. Brigitte (Britt) has also worked as a Legal Assistant and Legal Administrative Assistant at Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP in different time periods in 2005.
