Johnny Arnoux

Johnny ARNOUX is a highly experienced Key Commodity Manager CAPEX at MERSEN since May 2023, focusing on sourcing plans and contract execution in an international investment context. Previously, as the Indirect & Hydrogen Infrastructure Purchasing Manager at HOPIUM, Johnny organized indirect purchases and managed a team in a startup environment. At HeidelbergCement, Johnny led a team of buyers for a €70M budget in CAPEX and maintenance and restructured procurement strategies. Johnny's lengthy tenure at Groupe PSA spanned over a decade in various purchasing and project management roles, consistently achieving performance targets and optimizing supplier relationships. Prior experiences include mechanical studies at ABB and project management at ALTEN and Segula Technologies. Johnny holds a degree in Mechanical Design Engineering from Polytech Lille, obtained in 2003.
