Nina Du is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of HR at Meru Health and a member of CPOHQ. With a robust background in HR leadership spanning over a decade, Nina has held significant roles such as Fractional VP People at PhazeRo, where progressive HR strategies were piloted to enhance talent mobility and culture. At Made and Modern Hard Goods, INC., Nina successfully transformed the HR function to promote a high-trust workplace culture, while prior experience at Kelvin Inc. involved defining organizational culture during rapid growth.
