Karen MacFarlane

Karen Macfarlane is an accomplished financial and business analyst with extensive experience in payroll and financial processes. Currently employed as a Financial Analyst at West Valley Mission College District since April 2017, Karen implements the Banner Payroll Module, processes payroll for hourly employees, audits state reporting retirement requirements, and automates internal procedures. Simultaneously, Karen has served as a Business Analyst at Meru Networks since March 2011, focusing on point of sale reconciliation and distributor information setup. Prior to these roles, Karen was a Senior Financial Analyst at Silicon Graphics from 1989 to 2001, where financial performance analysis and forecasting were key responsibilities. Karen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from San Jose State University.
