Roope Raisio

Roope Raisio is an experienced project development manager currently employed at Merus Power since October 2024. Prior to this role, Roope served in various capacities at Solarigo from May 2019 to October 2024, including project development manager, development engineer, solar power assembly team lead, and solar power installer. Previous experience includes a position as an industrial logistics worker at Transval Group and an industrial trainee at Danfoss Drives. Roope's early career involved roles as a warehouse worker at Juhani Mutka Oy and a construction worker at Rakennusliike Veljekset Onnela Oy, as well as serving as a second lieutenant in the Finnish Defence Forces. Roope holds a Master of Science in Smart Grids from Tampere University and a Bachelor's degree in Power Electronics and Renewable Electrical Energy Engineering from Tampere University of Technology.
