Esmeralda Guicherit is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in clinical outsourcing and contract management within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Clinical Outsourcing Manager at Merus N.V. since November 2022, Esmeralda oversees the vendor management process for clinical trials, focusing on contract execution and performance management. Previously, Esmeralda held various positions, including Senior Clinical Contract Analyst at Parexel FSP, where responsibilities included negotiating site contracts and budgets. Additional roles have included Contract Associate III at PRA Health Sciences, Principal Site Contract Specialist at PPD, Country Contract Specialist at Roche, and Sr. Global Contracts & Outsourcing Manager at Astellas EMEA. Esmeralda's career also encompasses entrepreneurial experience as the owner of SockMade by Hand and foundational roles in data management. As Chairman of the CTA workgroup for the Dutch Clinical Research Foundation, Esmeralda actively contributes to the field of clinical research.
