Jos Barnhoorn

Jos Barnhoorn has a diverse work experience in facilities management. Jos currently serves as the Director of Facilities at Merus N.V., where they are responsible for setting up and managing the facilities department. Prior to this, Jos worked as a Facilities Interim & Project Manager at Facility Services B.V. Jos also held the position of Senior Facilities Manager at Kite Pharma and served as a Senior lecturer in Facilities Management at the University of Applied Sciences Inholland. Earlier in their career, Jos worked at Johnson Controls as a Customer Business Manager, Customer Program Manager, and Senior Projects Manager. Jos also has experience as an Exploitatiemanager at BAM Techniek and Exploitatiemanager PPS at Consortium Safire. Jos has managed facility services at Bloemenveiling Aalsmeer, served as the Head of Concerndienst Facilitair Bedrijf at KLPD (National Crime Squad), and was a Facilitair Manager at Rijksmuseum Amsterdam.

Jos Barnhoorn attended Ichtus college Velsen from 1975 to 1976 where they received a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Atheneum A. They then went on to study at Hotelschool The Hague from 1976 to 1980, earning a Bsc degree in Facility Management.
