Theresa Beach

Theresa Beach has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Theresa currently holds the position of Senior Director of Product Strategy at Merus N.V. since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Takeda Oncology from 2020 to 2022, leading the New Product Planning for Oncology and Immuno-Oncology.

From 2018 to 2020, Theresa served as the Head of Strategic Planning at FORMA Therapeutics, Inc., where they implemented a commercial department and developed a robust vision and strategy for the company's portfolio.

Before that, from 2014 to 2018, they worked at EMD Serono, Inc., in various roles, including Director of New Product Planning for Global Business Oncology and Immuno-Oncology. In this position, they provided market-driven commercial and strategic direction for pipeline programs and served as a financial business partner.

Prior to their role at EMD Serono, Theresa worked as a Partner at CPM Strategic Partners, LLC, providing executive management and strategic consulting services for life science companies. Theresa also worked as a Senior Investment Analyst at Mountain Group Capital, LLC, conducting due diligence and preparing investment recommendations.

Earlier in their career, Theresa held positions at PML Microbiologicals & GeneChoice, where they served as the Director of Marketing and Business Development, and at Intel Corporation as a Senior Strategic Analyst.

Theresa began their career at Enanta Pharmaceuticals, where they held several roles, including Project Manager/Business Development Associate, Project Manager, and Microbiology Department Manager.

Theresa's work experience includes leadership roles in strategic planning, product strategy, new product planning, and business development in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.

Theresa Beach has a BS degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, with a minor in Chemistry, from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Theresa also holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College.
