Michał Frączek

Michał Frączek has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Michał most recently served as the Head of Financial Services at merXu since October 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Insurance at Allegro from September 2017 to September 2020. From 2008 to 2017, they worked at Alior Bank SA, where they held various roles including Director, Head of Credit Products - Individual Customers, Director of Bancassurance Department, Bancassurance Director, Bancassurance Manager, and Bancassurance Specialist. Additionally, they served as a Board Member at Alior Services Sp. z o.o. from June 2016 to June 2017.

Michał Frączek completed their Masters in Finance and Banking; Quantitative methods at SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2003 to 2008. Additionally, they had a study abroad experience at Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 2006 to 2007, focusing on Economics.
