Dilshoda Yergasheva

Dilshoda Yergasheva is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and investment strategy. Currently serving as the Global Head of Financial Services at Writer, a position held since March 2025, Yergasheva previously worked at Wellington Management from March 2019 to March 2025, excelling as an Investor and Investment Director. Responsibilities included managing multi-asset portfolio solutions and leading a $12 billion quantitative investment platform. Prior to this, Yergasheva held the role of Portfolio Manager at State Street, contributing to the launch of significant hedge funds and developing investment strategies. Early experience includes an internship at Bridgewater Associates in 2008. Yergasheva holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Harvard University.
