Piotr Nowjalis

Piotr Nowjalis is the current Chief Financial Officer at merXu. Piotr has also previously served on the supervisory boards of VRG S.A., Orbis Group, Synektik S.A., Novaturas AB, Libet SA, Dino Polska S.A., and TIM S.A.

Piotr began their career in finance, serving as a member of the supervisory board for CCC SA from September 2008 to June 2019. In this role, they were responsible for the financial oversight of the company.

In April 2010, Piotr became a member of the supervisory board for TIM S.A., where they served until June 2016. During their time on the board, Piotr was responsible for the financial oversight of the company.

Piotr joined Libet SA in January 2017 as a member of the supervisory board. Piotr served in this role until November 2017 when they left to join Dino Polska S.A. as a member of the supervisory board.

In May 2018, Piotr became a member of the supervisory board for Novaturas AB, where they served until June 2020. During their time on the board, Piotr was responsible for the financial oversight of the company.

Piotr joined Synektik S.A. in June 2017 as a member of the supervisory board. Piotr served in this role until February 2020 when they left to join VRG S.A. as a member of the supervisory board.

Piotr joined Orbis Group in June 2019 as a member of the supervisory board. Piotr served in this role until October 2020 when they left to join merXu as the Chief Financial Officer.

Piotr Nowjalis has a M.Sc. in Faculty of Economics; International Business and Political Relations from University of Gdansk as well as a M.Sc. in Law and Administration from the same school. Piotr also has an EMBA from Kozminski University.

Piotr Nowjalis reports to Przemysław Budkowski, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Václav Liška - Area Manager, merXu Czechia & Slovakia, Tomasz Nowak - Co-Founder & COO, and Sebastian Pietrowski - Co-Founder & CTO.
