Tomasz Nowak

Tomasz Nowak is the co-founder and COO of merXu. Tomasz was previously the Executive Chairman at iTaxi.pl Sp. z o.o. from September 2017 to January 2019, and the Chief Operating Officer at Allegro Group from July 2013 to April 2017.

Nowak is responsible for providing a wide selection of goods, competitive pricing, and developing merchant quality on the platform. Tomasz also oversees the budgeting process and product strategy definition and implementation. In their previous role at iTaxi.pl Sp. z o.o., they were responsible for sales organization development and budgeting. And at Allegro Group, they were responsible for traffic monetization and developing the advertising product line including display and Allegro.ads sales operations.

Nowak has successfully transformed Allegro into a B2C platform with two-digit growth that outpaces the online market. Tomasz has also successfully implemented global and local brands across all verticals, significantly improving the selection of goods on the platform. In addition, they have set up retail operations from scratch, including establishing a logistic operation.

Tomasz Nowak has an Executive MBA from Dominican University of Chicago, a Leadership at the Peak Program from Center for Creative Leadership, and an Innovation from London Business School. Tomasz also has a Master in Tomasz'story from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu.
