Jovin Lim is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Merz Aesthetics, Jovin has previously held key roles at Alcon, including Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, Head Business Planning & Analysis Manager, and Business Planning Analysis Manager. Additionally, Jovin is the Founder and Head Coach of DUC Delite (Dallas Dragon Boat Club LLC) and has experience as a Financial Analyst at Tribune and Cardlab. Jovin holds a Master of Science in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington and an MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
