Mandy Shoaf

Mandy Shoaf has extensive experience in sales support and healthcare, currently serving as a Regional Sales Support Specialist at Merz Aesthetics since October 2017. In this role, Mandy provides dedicated sales support and handles administrative duties for regional sales teams and executives, utilizing strategic thinking and relationship management skills to resolve issues. Prior experience includes various positions at Wilmington Health PLLC, New Hanover Regional Medical Center, and Wilmington Gastroenterology Associates, primarily as a Certified Medical Assistant, as well as roles in payment processing and customer solutions. Mandy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a focus on Software Development from Strayer University, alongside multiple Associate degrees in Medical/Clinical Assistance from Miller-Motte College and Cape Fear Community College.
