Paul Steffen

Paul Steffen has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis across various industries. Currently serving as Executive Director of FP&A at Merz Aesthetics, Paul previously held the position of Senior Director of FP&A at the same company. Prior roles include Associate Director of FP&A at Merz Pharmaceuticals and multiple leadership positions at Red Hat, including Director of Enterprise Data & Analytics Solution Delivery and Director of Global FP&A & Business Finance. Paul began a career in finance at Reichhold, Inc., where roles included Global Finance Manager for FP&A and Commercial Finance and Financial Analyst, and also worked as a Financial Analyst at Keuhne-Nagel. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Alderson Broaddus University and an advanced degree from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
