Celeste Ludwig

Celeste K. has extensive experience in military intelligence and language analysis, currently serving as a Senior Intelligence Analyst with the US Army since November 2009. This role encompasses multiple functions, including Senior Cryptologic Linguist and Fusion Cell Lead. Previously, Celeste held a Team Lead position at Leidos, managing a team of Arabic linguists and overseeing defense intelligence operations. As Battalion Command Language Program Manager, Celeste supported language training for 325 military personnel. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism from the University of Maryland Global Campus, a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from San Francisco State University, an Associate of Science in Operational Intelligence from Cochise College, an Associate of Science in Administration of Justice from Las Positas College, and an Associate of Arts in Arabic Language and Literature from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center.
