Maria Verastegui

Maria Verastegui currently serves as the Head of Promotion for Inbrija and Ampyra at Merz Therapeutics, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Maria accumulated nearly two decades of experience at Acorda Therapeutics, Inc., progressing through various leadership positions including Executive Director of Marketing, Executive Director of Brand Experience, and Senior Director of Enterprise Creative Operations. Additionally, Maria contributed to StandUp for Kids-National from July 2020 to July 2023, serving as Chairwoman of the Board and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance communication and organizational trust. Maria holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Yale University and a certificate in Business Perspectives for Creative Leaders from Harvard Business School, alongside further education at the Berlin School of Creative Leadership.
