Patricia Walker

Patricia Walker is a Supervisory Board Member at Merz Pharma. Prior to their current position, Walker served as the Chief Medical Officer at Kythera Biopharmaceuticals from April 2007 to April 2013. There, they were responsible for the research and development of new medical devices and pharmaceutical products for dermatologic and aesthetic medicine. In addition, Walker served as the President of P. Walker Consulting and as the VP Dermatology Therapeutic Area Head and Chief Medical Officer at Allergan Medical/Inamed from January 2004 to December 2007.

Patricia Walker received their fellowship from the National Institute of Health in Dermatology. Patricia went on to receive their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the University of Iowa Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver College of Medicine, with a PhD degree in Physiology and Biophysics. After completing their residency program in dermatology at the University of Iowa, they became a practicing dermatologist.
