Karen Grima

Karen Grima is an accomplished aviation professional with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as Captain and previously as First Officer for Mesa Airlines, Inc. since June 2018, Karen's career includes significant responsibilities as a Grade 1 Flight Instructor and Deputy Quality/Safety Manager at China Southern WA Flying College from March 2014 to May 2018. Earlier experience includes a position as Assistant Manager and Tax Consultant at H&R Block Success, earning the Tax Consultant of the Year award in 2013, alongside roles as a Flight Agent at Pearl Aviation and Trainee Pilot at Complete Aviation Services. Karen's background in flight instruction spans several years, beginning at China Southern WA Flying College, and includes a position as Flight Instructor and Charter Pilot with Air Australia. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation with a minor in Accounting from Edith Cowan University and has pursued further education at Southpac Aerospace.
