Lance Geren

Lance Geren is an experienced project manager currently employed at Mesa Associates, Inc. since July 2016, where additional roles include drone pilot (107 FAA certified), supervisor, associate engineer, and transmission line engineer technician. Prior to this, Lance worked as a raft guide and social media manager at Ocoee Inn from March 2008 to July 2020, where the focus was on ensuring safety while providing memorable experiences. Lance also operated a firework business as a general contractor for Fireworks Supermarket from June 2011 to May 2019, overseeing the establishment of the business. Previous experience includes roles as a sales associate at Rock/Creek and internships focused on manufacturing process engineering at Komatsu America Corp. and Miller Industries Towing Equipment Inc., emphasizing process optimization and quality improvement. Lance holds a Master of Engineering in Transmission and Distribution Engineering from Gonzaga University (2020-2022) and a degree in Engineering Management with a focus on Construction Management from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (2011-2015).
