Felipe Tascon Ortiz

Felipe Tascon Ortiz has held various positions in the financial sector since 2011. Felipe began their career as a Financial Management Analyst at Falabella Retail in 2011. In 2013, they were appointed Head of Business Intelligence & Management Control at Agencia de Seguros Falabella. In 2014, they founded and became the CEO of Mesfix - Mercado de Recursos Financieros. In 2016, they became Co-Founder & Board Member of Colombia Fintech. In 2021, they were appointed Vice Chairman @ Chamber of Entrepreneurship & Acceleration and Board Member @ Chamber of Entrepreneurship & Acceleration at ANDI - Asociación Nacional de Empresarios de Colombia.

Felipe Tascon Ortiz has a diverse educational background. Felipe obtained their High School Baccalaureate Diploma in 2004 from Colegio Refous. In 2008-2009, they attended INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, where they completed an Engineering Exchange Program. In 2010, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes. From 2011-2012, they attended Universidad de Los Andes and earned a Specialization in Financial Management. Felipe then attended The Wharton School in 2013, where they earned a Certificate in An Introduction to Marketing. Most recently, they attended Columbia Business School from 2020-2021 and earned an ECLA in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. In addition, they obtained an Endeavor Entrepreneur certification from Endeavor in April 2019.
