Alex Hunter

Alex Hunter has extensive experience as a Product Owner, with a focus on data and mobile apps. They have held various roles in different companies since 2009. Their recent work includes serving as a Senior Product Owner at Jugo and as a Product Owner at National Grid and Holly & Ivy Ltd. At Sainsbury's, Alex was responsible for the migration of legacy on-prem data warehousing to a cloud solution and the consolidation of business-critical data. They also implemented the Agile Scrum framework for rapid delivery and cost savings. Prior to that, Alex worked at StarCompliance, Yorkshire Building Society, Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, Pocketworks, George at Asda, and SportsShoes.com in various Product Owner roles related to mobile apps, backend systems, and online content editing.

Alex Hunter attended Beckfoot Grammar School from 1996 to 1999, where they completed their high school education. Before that, from 1990 to 1993, they studied at La Leala in Benalmádena, Spain. The field of study for their time in La Leala is unspecified. Alex has also obtained the certifications of Certified Scrum Product Owner and Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in October 2018.
