Toby Pritchard

Toby Pritchard has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Toby is currently working as a Principal Product Consultant at Mesh-AI, a global consultancy that helps enterprises leverage data and AI for business growth. Toby has been with Mesh-AI since 2023, and the company is backed by Columbia Capital for global expansion.

Prior to their current role, Toby worked at ThoughtWorks starting in 2015. Toby held several positions during their time there, including Lead Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, and Senior Business Analyst. During their tenure, Toby contributed to various client projects, such as developing contact APIs for Tesco and conducting customer research for AIB. Toby also partnered with the start-up Secco to refine their vision and create a minimum viable prototype.

Before joining ThoughtWorks, Toby worked at Suncorp Group from 2011 to 2015. As a Senior Business Analyst, they led cross-functional teams to deliver digital banking and insurance products across multiple platforms. Toby also acted as a first-line leader for a digital team and won an innovation challenge with their pitch.

Toby's early career began at CITEC, where they worked as a Business Analyst from 2008 to 2011. Toby initially joined as a Graduate Business Analyst and then progressed to a regular Business Analyst role.
