Richard Baxter, Jr. is the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Founder of Mesh Systems, an IoT solutions innovator for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to leading Mesh Systems, Richard served as the Senior Vice President of Global Design Services at SMTC Corporation and as the Chief Technology Officer and Founder of Pensar Corporation, which was later acquired by SMTC. Baxter holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
