Tracey Ungaretta

Tracey Ungaretta has over 19 years of work experience in the real estate industry. Tracey is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Mesirow since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Greystar for almost nine years, starting in August 2012. During their time at Greystar, they held the position of Managing Director. Before joining Greystar, Tracey worked at Bozzuto for ten years, starting in 2002. At Bozzuto, they held various roles including Vice President, Regional Portfolio Manager, and Property Manager.

Tracey Ungaretta obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Rutgers University. Tracey attended the university from 1987 to 1991.
