Dan Donovan

Dan Donovan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Dan is currently the Head of Solutions Architecture at Mesmerise since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Pomerol Partners as a Partner from August 2022 to April 2023.

Dan has a long-term association with EY, where they served as the Managing Director - CTO of EY Comply from March 2018 to November 2021. In this role, they led the team responsible for building and maintaining the software platform supporting EY Comply, generating significant revenue and acquiring prominent asset managers as clients. Dan also held the position of Technology Executive - Independent Consultant from March 2017 to March 2018.

Before joining EY, Dan worked at Lavastorm Analytics in various roles from 2005 to 2017. Dan held positions such as Vice President of Market Development and Strategy, Financial Services, Lead Technology Evangelist, Head of Partner Development, Director of Customer Solutions, Senior Solutions Architect, Solutions Architect, and Technical Account Manager. At Lavastorm Analytics, they contributed to the company's growth by leveraging data analytics and establishing partnerships, ultimately leading to significant customer acquisitions.

Dan's earlier experiences include working as a Technical Sales Consultant at Telution from October 2001 to September 2005, as an Internet Systems Engineer at FreeDrive in 2000, and as a Network Engineer at IKON in 1999.

Dan Donovan attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1995 to 1999. During their time there, they studied Chemistry and Computer Science but did not specify their degree.
