Jennifer O'Keefe

Jennifer O'Keefe currently serves as the VP of People at MessageGears, where responsibilities include aligning HR strategies with company goals and advising senior leadership on human capital. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Chief People Officer at ClearStar, Inc., focusing on transforming the people operations function in a rapidly growing tech-enabled services organization. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Total Rewards & Talent Management at Ciox Health, overseeing compensation, benefits, and talent management for over 8,000 employees, and a long tenure at Mueller Water Products, where roles included Vice President of Human Resources and Senior Director of HR Business Leadership. Jennifer holds a BA in Business Administration and English from Furman University and has completed the Labor Relations Program at Cornell University ILR School.
