Emma Crockett

Emma Crockett currently serves as the VP, Head of People Insights, Operations & Benefits at Atlassian, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Emma spent over seven years at Meta as the Senior Director of People Analytics. Emma's career in human resources and analytics began at Mercer, where responsibilities included serving as a Principal and Senior Data Strategist. Earlier experience also includes a Senior Consultant role at SuccessFactors and leadership positions at Infohrm. Emma holds a Master of Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Information Technology, both from Griffith University.
