Raffaella Grilli

Raffaella Grilli has extensive work experience in the field of sales and human resources management. Raffaella started their career as a Sales Assistant at GE Quartz Europe Italia in 1998 before moving on to various sales and managerial positions at Messe Frankfurt Italia. Raffaella has held roles such as Sales Coordinator, Sales Manager, and Director of Sales&Organizational Development. Raffaella has also served as the HR Director and most recently as the Vice President of HR Management & Development at Messe Frankfurt Italia. Throughout their career, Raffaella has consistently demonstrated their expertise in sales processes, methodical revamping, and team coordination.

Raffaella Grilli attended Università Cattolica Milano from 1992 to 1997, where they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Foreign Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics, specializing in German, English, and Spanish.
