Alicia Norman has extensive work experience in product management and sales. Alicia served as the Director of Product Services at Messenger, where they tracked market trends and conducted market research. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate Product Manager at Hach Company. Alicia also held the position of Director of Product Development at Colorbok, where they developed and executed product strategies and objectives, and increased profitability. Earlier in their career, they served as a Senior Department Manager at JCPenney, where they maximized sales and profit for various departments.

Alicia Norman attended Michigan State University from 1997 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Merchandising Management.
