Matthias Mehner

Matthias Mehner is an experienced marketing leader currently serving as Vice President Global Marketing at Sinch since November 2021 and as Managing Director & Chief Marketing Officer at MessengerPeople since July 2017. At MessengerPeople, Matthias has been integral in pioneering Messenger Services and leading the development of software solutions for customer service and marketing via messaging apps. Previously, Matthias held key positions at ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE, including Head of Multichannel Marketing & Sales and Head of Social Media, where responsibilities encompassed digital communication and the strategic management of extensive social media channels. Additionally, Matthias co-founded Internet startups Shredbook.com and Absolut Boarding, and has extensive consultancy experience with notable brands through roles at Rebel Media and REBEL Production GmbH. Matthias holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hochschule Zittau/Görlitz.
