Deborah Keay is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in the financial services and fintech sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director and Chief Marketing Officer for JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s International Consumer business, Deborah focuses on enhancing customer experiences through digital banking. Previous roles include Chief Customer & Growth Officer at Santander UK and interim CMO/CGO at Candid Consumer, where expertise in go-to-market strategies for early-stage fintechs was showcased. Deborah also held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Starling Bank, leading brand and marketing strategies for a challenger bank.
