Ricardo Aldana is an experienced leader in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management, currently serving as the Director of Project Engineering and Execution HSEQ for Messer Americas since March 2019. In this role, Ricardo coordinates EHS, commissioning, and construction of large capital industrial chemical gas plants across North and South America. Prior to this position, Ricardo held various roles at The Linde Group and Merck Sharp & Dohme, focusing on environmental health and safety leadership and project execution. With a solid educational background, including a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from St. John's University and a Master of Science in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Ricardo has developed and implemented comprehensive safety programs throughout a career spanning over two decades in the petrochemical and industrial gas sectors.
