Tamir Almeida

Tamir Almeida, P.E., has extensive experience in business development and engineering within the industrial gases and chemical sectors. Currently serving as Director of Business Development for Messer Americas since 2019, Tamir leads initiatives for large Capex investments and tonnage/onsite business in Latin America. Previously, Tamir held roles at Eastman Chemical Company as Sales and Business Development Manager, where responsibilities included interfacing with key Engineering/EPC and OEM stakeholders, and at KBR, Inc. as National Sales Manager, focusing on hydrocarbon technology licensing and engineering consulting. Earlier positions at Air Products involved project management and product marketing for large scale air separation units. Tamir's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from Indiana University, a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida.
