Sarah Benz

Sarah Benz has a diverse and extensive work experience in talent acquisition and management. Sarah started their career in Lab Talent Advisors & LabTemps in 2005, where they held various roles such as Sales Associate, Marketing Coordinator, Recruiting Manager, Director of Recruiting, and Vice President of Recruiting. In 2013, they joined Messina Group Consulting Solutions as a Director of Talent Acquisition and later became the Vice President of Talent Acquisition. In 2020, they moved to Messina Talent Advisors as the Managing Director, Talent Advisory Solutions, where they continue to help clients accelerate their growth through talent management consulting. Sarah has a thorough understanding of talent acquisition processes and a proven track record in delivering holistic solutions that cater to the needs of clients and candidates.

Sarah Benz attended the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services.
