Amber O'Sheal

Amber O'Sheal is an experienced professional in operations management and production supervision, currently serving as the General Manager at Messina Hof Winery and Resort since March 2022. Previously, Amber O'Sheal was the Director of Operations at Savor Patisserie from August 2017 to March 2022, where responsibilities included developing and implementing strategies for production and sales. Earlier experience includes a role as a Bakery Associate at Macaron Bar, producing artisanal macarons and instructing baking classes. Amber O'Sheal also worked at Purdue University's EPICS program as an Office Assistant, designing databases and analyzing demographic data. Prior to that, Amber O'Sheal served as a Production Supervisor and Continuous Improvement Engineer at DANNON COMPANY, INC., where significant improvements in production efficiency and cost savings were achieved.
