Messinan Engineering Company (MEC) was established in 2003 with a view to offering engineering and consulting services in industry with special emphasis on power plant projects. Such services includes all activities related to technical and economic feasibility studies, tendering, negotiation with bidders/contractors, design, design review, project management, MC (Managing Contracting) services, procurement engineering, supervision on construction and operation of industrial projects, especially power plant projects including Gas Turbine power plant, Steam Turbine power plants and Combined Cycle power plants.
