Jennifer Berneking

Ms. Berneking practice focuses on Labor & Employment and Litigation. Before joining Messner Reeves she received her B.A., Cum Laude, in Political Science from Wellesley College in 1990 and her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1993. Ms. Berneking was admitted to the California Bar in 1993.

She has practiced exclusively in the area of labor and employment law since being admitted to the California Bar. Ms. Berneking is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Central, Southern, and Eastern Districts of California.

Ms. Berneking has been practicing law for over 25 years in the state of California.
