Joey Carucci is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Group, where his practice focuses on real estate development and commercial leasing. In addition to his transactional experience, Mr. Carucci also has experience representing Plaintiffs and Defendants in all aspects of civil litigation, including law and motion, discovery, and court appearances. His litigation background allows him to provide effective legal advice to keep clients out of the courtroom.
Prior to joining Messner Reeves, Mr. Carucci represented homeowners in disputes with neighbors and Homeowners Associations involving claims for violations of the Davis-Stirling Act, breach of CC&Rs, breach of fiduciary duty, and nuisance.
Mr. Carucci began his career working on the business side of real estate transactions before transitioning to boutique litigation firms in Pasadena and Beverly Hills, where he handled multi-million dollar cases involving breach of contract, partnership disputes, and commercial landlord-tenant disputes.
In law school, Mr. Carucci served as an articles editor on the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly.
