Rachel Farr

Ms. Farr is a partner in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group. Ms. Farr advises a wide variety of clients, including public and private companies, on organizational, general corporate, corporate compliance and governance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity, and securities matters. Additionally, Ms. Farr has advised clients on state and federal regulatory compliance matters relating to the health care industry.
