Valerie Bromley helps clients navigate complex real estate transactions. She has extensive experience representing both Tenants and Landlords in negotiating complex commercial, office and industrial/warehouse leases and lease disputes in the United States, Mexico, Brazil, and Canada.

In addition to her practice at Messner Reeves, Valerie was in-house counsel for a global REIT where her focus included negotiating leases and development agreements with global e-commerce customers, negotiating vendor and consultant contracts, developing and implementing training for new field personnel, and performing risk analysis necessary for corporate mergers and national platform acquisitions.

Prior to joining Messner Reeves, Valerie practiced at a boutique firm where she acted as general counsel to several metropolitan districts on large development projects in the State of Colorado. Her role included assisting in negotiating annexation agreements, entitlement agreements, revenue sharing agreements with cities and counties, negotiating agreements with CDOT and RTD regarding construction and financing for interchanges and light rail lines and drafting, reviewing and negotiating documents related to public financing for new development and redevelopment projects.

Valerie received her LEED® accreditation in 2009, and has used her knowledge and experience to represent clients who are focused on green building and sustainability initiatives.
