Molly Beck is the founder and CEO of Messy.fm, a company that provides Work Podcasting Software. Molly has also worked for Forbes, Venmo, Hearst, and Book of the Month.

Molly has always been interested in marketing and media. Molly started their career as a Manager, Online Audience for Book of the Month. In this role, they were responsible for growing the company's online presence and engaging with potential customers.

After a few years at Book of the Month, Molly transitioned to Marketing Manager, Entertainment at Hearst. In this role, they worked with celebrities and athletes to create marketing campaigns that would appeal to Hearst's target demographic.

In 2014, Molly moved to Venmo as Head of Brand Marketing. At Venmo, they were responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns that helped Venmo become the leading payment app among millennials.

In 2015, Molly pitched the idea of Forbes moving into podcasts to the CPO and was hired to run it on the spot. As Team Lead for Forbes Podcasts, they found 18 external hosts and signed them as new talent into the Forbes ecosystem. Under their leadership, the network's audience grew to 2.5x projected listenership, leading to an exclusive partnership with PodcastOne.

In 2018, Molly left Forbes to start their own company, Messy.fm. Messy.fm provides Work Podcasting Software that helps organizations connect with their employees through podcasting.

Molly Beck has a Master of Science in International Marketing Management from Boston University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Northeastern University. Molly also has a Bachelor of Science in Business with a dual-concentration in finance and entrepreneurship from Northeastern University.
