Benedikte Dhindsa Salvesen

Benedikte Dhindsa Salvesen currently serves as the Leader of Communication and Community Engagement at Mesta since March 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing internal and external communication within the organization. Prior roles include Special Advisor and Co-owner at Mørland & Johnsen, where Benedikte planned and executed strategic PR initiatives and media management from March 2016 to March 2021, and various advisory positions at the University of Oslo, including guest lecturer. Additional experience includes working as a Personal Assistant at Advokatfirmaet Lippestad, Content Advisor at Trigger AS, Consultant at Varde Hartmark, and an internship at The Royal Norwegian Embassy in Washington D.C. Benedikte holds a Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Cultural and Social Studies from the University of Oslo, along with educational experience at the University of California, Berkeley.
