Patrice Love

Patrice is a specialist in human resources, operations, and organizational development, with particular experience in early–stage, high–growth businesses in life sciences, MedTech, and technology in Europe and the US. She joined Gyroscope Therapeutics in April 2019 shortly after its merger with Orbit Biomedical, during which time the company grew from fewer than 40 employees to more than 200 across both the UK and the US. Novartis announced the acquisition of Gyroscope in December 2021. Patrice was previously part of the senior leadership team and Global Director of People & Organisational Development at Inivata, which was acquired by NeoGenomics, and Head of Operations at BT Brightstar, BT’s corporate incubator. In addition to supporting Mestag, Patrice continues to manage her own specialist consultancy.
