Roland Herner

Roland Herner has a diverse work experience in finance and HR. Roland has worked at MET Group as the Head of Reward, People Analytics, and HR Controlling. Prior to that, Roland worked at Aptiv as the EMEA and Site HR Controller, and as the EMEA Internal Controls Coordinator. Roland also gained experience at Cargill as a Financial Analyst and SAP Finance Implementation specialist. In addition, Roland has worked as a Finance Intern at Raiffeisen and as an Accounting and Audit Intern at BERGMANN Kft.

Roland Herner pursued their education at Università Bocconi, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance in 2015. In addition to their bachelor's degree, they are also a CFA LEVEL II candidate, studying Finance at the CFA Institute.
