Karen Lim

Karen Lim has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Karen currently serves as the Global Market Access/TCB Team Lead at Eurofins E&E North America, where they oversee training and projects related to Global Market Access and TCB. Karen provides guidance to Product Management and Sales teams and works closely with engineering to ensure successful project completion.

Previously, Karen worked as a TCB Administrator at Eurofins E&E North America, where they collected and reviewed certification documents, prepared applications for technical review, and maintained tracking sheets for processed applications. Karen also communicated technical review results to applicants and documented responses.

Before joining Eurofins, Karen held the position of Senior Global Market Access Specialist at a company called Eurofins E&E North America. In this role, they managed complex projects in various regulatory compliance sectors and supported cross-functional management of project activities. Karen significantly improved turnaround times for GMA certifications.

Prior to their work at Eurofins, Karen served as an International Approvals Specialist at NTS - National Technical Systems and as a Compliance Project Manager at Siemic Inc. Karen also gained experience as a Sales and Account Specialist at Silterra Corporation and as a Production Control professional at Sparqtron Corporation.

Karen Lim obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 2003 to 2005. Continuing their education, they completed a Master's degree in Accounting at Golden Gate University from 2009 to 2011.
