Emma Connett

Emma Connett currently serves as Strategy Lead for the Chief Executive at the Met Office, having held various roles since joining in July 2013, including Chief of Staff and Private Secretary to the Markets Director. In previous positions, Emma led key account management in Transport services and managed aviation-related initiatives, focusing on strategy creation, product marketing, market research, and digital strategy. Prior to the Met Office, Emma worked as a PR and Marketing Executive at One Voice Media and PR Ltd. Emma Connett holds a BSc in Business Management from Cardiff University, a Professional Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and a Level 5 Certificate in Leadership from The Institute of Leadership & Management. Additionally, Emma serves as a Board Member/Trustee for Exeter Phoenix, a prominent multi-artform venue.
